The Vode Studio has a Maximum occupancy of 40 guests.
✦Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Running, climbing, or unsupervised play is not permitted due to safety and liability concerns.
✦Please remind guests to remain out of landscaped areas.
✦The client is responsible for removing all trash at the conclusion of the event.
✦Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in venue staff intervention and/or additional fees.
Decor & Restrictions
To help us care for the venue, the following items are not permitted:
✦Silk flower petals
✦Nails, pins, glue, or tape of any kind
✦Open-flame candles
✦Confetti, glitter, rice, or birdseed
Any excessive mess or damage to the venue will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
